Need help making patches

Hi! I'm new to this forums and sorry if I don't speak Spanish
Anyways, I decided to start practicing a little bit of creating patches, and I have absolutely no idea about how to or what to use :/
So, if anyone of you guys could help me with some practical tutorials of
-Using the database for patching
-Adding more teams
-How to make the patch in .cpk
And sorry if I over-requested, it's just the enthusiasm inside me ^^
