Hello,
I've made a Banner Relink tool, it's still BETA VERSION. I need some help with .bin uncompress and decompress. I'm programming in Visual Basic 6.

DOWNLOAD

How it works :
Uncompress unnamed_25.bin or unnamed_7.bin with Zlib Manager
(remember to set header lenght to 16 or this will not work).
Then go to FILE - Open and select file you saved before.
Now Select Team and select new slot for that team.
Click Relink and have a fun.
