pues si, yo recomiendo que hasta que no salga ningun ejecutable para vosotros, intentéis no instalar el parche.

che en varias versions hay un bug de sustitucion entra un jugador a la cancha u al rato se vuelve al banco

me comentan que konami a sacado un nuevo parche 1.20 y posteriormente lo ha retido porque tenia algun bug, sabe alguien algo?

Eso tengo entendido... que tienes que instalarlo con el 1.10 instalado y luego terminarlo de instalar desde dentro del juego.
