cual es tu sistema operativo? tienes el parche de konami instalado?

no se prque te saldra eso, esta herramienta requiere el framework si no lo tienes instalatelo lo tienes en el primer post

a mi me pasaba lo mismo, bajate la version 2.4 que esta en gaming access que viene con un archivo para solucionar eso
